great hotel stay

the customer service impressed me. the staff was very warm and cute at reception. Mr Badar upgraded my room to a better duplex room when i asked for a single bed. this room was fabulous. the bathroom was clean.
the breakfast did disappoint. most things had ran out aside from bread and a few pastries. there wasnt really any replenishment of eggs, fruit, or cheese.

staff was very helpful and friendly, ALWAYS with a smile. the team was very engaging and professional. Aziz provided an AMAZING welcome. Kaoutar was nice and professional ALL the time.

The pool area was very relaxing and a beautiful setting. I LOVE the swiming pool area. It is nice to relax. the pool and bar area are really nice and the food and drinks are reasonably priced.

i liked the pool area it was well maintained. the pool bar offered convenient snacks. the gardens had nice walking routes.
the wifi was very poor i could barely connect. the breakfast had limited options it was also repetitive. the room looked old fashioned i didn't like it.

i enjoyed the relaxing garden and pool area a lot. the staff were consistently helpful and polite . the hotel's location is convenient with about a 25-minute walk to the main square. i especially appreciated how clean my room was each day.
the balcony door did not close properly.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They always greeted guests with a smile. The pool area offered a relaxing setting and beautiful views (.. ) I particularly enjoyed sitting by the pool in the evening to watch the colorful palm trees and flowers. The hotel took extra care to accommodate my room arrangement preferences prior to arrival.

The safe in my room did not work. I was told I would pay for repairs. The restaurant's food was not good. It became repetitive quickly. The bar had no atmosphere.
